TRADESPOON, No place to cancel, no refund as advertised
After watching the TRADESPOON, VLAD KARPEL, TEASER on 4-17-18 I signed up and paid for their Premium membership, $497.00, by credit card. They had offered 30-Day Money Back Guarantee, so, what do I have to loose, I thought.
To cancel, I called the number listed on my Credit Card receipt: no contact, only a message that says: this number is not in service.
Not knowing what to do, I mailed an e-mail to SALES 5/5/18 to cancel and asked for a refund. I did not receive a response, so I send one other letter on 5-10-18 to Support. Again, no response.
On 5-11-18 I went through all their pages in search of UNSUBSCRIBE. The closest, there were 2 radio buttons, to click on either SUBSCRIBER or NOT A SUBSCRIBER (or something like that, I don't remember exactly). I clicked on NOT A SUBSCRIBER and asked to contact me, but there was no response. Nor did I receive a refund as off today, 5-22-18.
I am very disappointed, in his presentation VLAD KARPEL stated several times: 30 Days money back GUARANTEE. But there is no place to write to for a cancellation. Upsetting is that the phone number given by the Credit Card Company, 866-610-7407 is not in service. Looks like they don't want to live up to their promise.

I am sorry for the poor experience. I assure you we absolutely honor our 30 day guarantee. Can you please email support@tradespoon.com with your email address so we can see what happened with your account. We do not have telephone support, instead we have many ways for you to contact us. You can email us, you can use live chat, and you certainly have ability to request cancellation from the Profile page using the billing tab.
Also, we have no places on our site with NOT A SUBSCRIBER vs SUBSCRIBER, so is it possible you have us confused with another service?

I've been a member for about 6 months…
I've been a member for about 6 months now. I even went for the one on one mentorship program as I am new to the trade.
They hold daily webinars with the premium membership that are worth the membership.
The tools are not as good as they claim. In fact, I found them to be no better or worse than any other predictive tools: 50% accuracy in my experience.
And the one on one was poor at best, and completely un structured. Not at all what I was expecting.
All in all, I regret getting the one on one mentorship but I'm pretty pleased with the daily lessons/webinars with the premium membership. Although sometimes it's hard to keep up.
They are certainly not a scam, they could certainly do better, but they work for their clients.
