Hello, I recently purchased a "2-Step Classic" account and successfully completed both phases. The rules are quite clear, and while the spreads are decent, the commission rates are truly high. On the other hand, their systems operate very quickly; I was able to start trading on my funded account just half an hour after passing Phase 2. I haven't had the chance to request a payout yet, but I expect the payment process to be both smooth and fast.

My payout got accepted and got rise invite within 2hours of requesting the payout. Thank you tradeify fx.

Payout of $2,880 cancelled after a long wait; no clear answers on my appeal (Tradeify FX)
I requested a $2,880 payout from my Tradeify FX account on October 14. The dashboard said processing usually takes 3–5 business days. After about 17 hours I was asked to complete a mandatory KYT assessment, which I completed myself on my laptop.
For the next five days I was given different timelines by support (24 business hours, then 24–48 business hours, then a statement that the KYT had not been completed when first requested). On October 19, the Risk Team emailed that my account was permanently terminated and the payout cancelled, citing weak answers in the assessment, hyperactivity and excessive layering, and possible third-party help. I traded the account myself.
I asked for the specific trades and rule clauses behind this decision, and whether I could appeal. I did not receive specific trades or clauses, and the Risk Team did not reply to my appeal questions. Tradeify FX's published Trading Rules Overview says scalping and martingale are allowed, that there is no minimum hold time or fixed number of trades, and that the overall pattern is assessed. I could not find "layering" or "grid" listed as prohibited there. I understand the rules do prohibit hyperactivity and ultra-short-term scalping, but I was given no examples and no clear threshold.
The Risk Team offered to refund my $500 evaluation fee. Because my appeal questions were not answered, I accepted the refund first, so that I would not risk losing it. It felt unfair to have to choose between an appeal and getting my fee back. The $500 refund did arrive on October 22, 2026, which I appreciate.
Support was polite, but the process was slow, the answers were inconsistent and the ticket was "escalated" many times without clear replies. Please read the rules on hyperactivity, EAs, KYT and risk limits carefully before buying, and expect a long wait for payouts.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with TradeifyFX.

My account number was 107765. I generated $13,928.50 in profits on my funded account and requested a payout of $10,000, leaving $3,928.50 above the amount I requested to withdraw.

At the time of my payout request, my dashboard displayed the following statistics:

Total profit: $13,928.50

Payout requested: $10,000

Profit factor: 3.51

Win rate: 84%

Consistency score: 19.97%

Following my payout request, I was asked to complete a KYT verification process and participate in a risk interview. I cooperated with the verification procedures and provided the requested information.

However, after completing its review, TradeifyFX informed me that my account would be permanently terminated and my entire $10,000 payout cancelled.

The reasons given included allegedly weak technical analysis knowledge, excessive trading activity and concerns about potential third-party assistance. These are serious allegations, and I am extremely disappointed that such a significant decision was made without providing me with sufficiently detailed evidence identifying the specific trades and contractual provisions allegedly breached.

I find it particularly concerning that my understanding of technical analysis during an interview was cited as a reason to question the legitimacy of my trading activity.

I have screenshots documenting all my trades and the account dashboard as it appeared at the time I submitted my payout request. This evidence records my trading activity and the account statistics displayed at that time, and I am prepared to provide it to support a fair and transparent review of my case.

My dashboard showed a profit factor of 3.51, an 84% win rate and a consistency score of 19.97%. I believe these figures should be considered alongside the complete trading history when assessing my account.

TradeifyFX offered to refund my evaluation fee as a gesture of goodwill. However, this does not address the central issue: the cancellation of my $10,000 payout despite the $13,928.50 in profits displayed on my account.

I have requested a detailed explanation of the alleged violations and a formal review of the decision. I believe traders deserve transparency, specific evidence and a fair opportunity to challenge decisions of this magnitude.

Based on my experience, I am extremely dissatisfied with how this situation has been handled. I hope TradeifyFX will reconsider its decision and provide a transparent explanation for cancelling my payout.
