Very disappointed. Took three weeks to dry completely and despite following the instructions to the letter, after only two months it’s cracking and lifting up on my patio.

Excellent communication with them and great product. would have given 5 stars had the delivery came intact (but it is more than likely not their fault but the delivery company). I Would highly recommend, nothing was too much trouble.

These people are the worst I have ever…

These people are the worst I have ever dealt with.
They advertise as 'in stock' when it is not and continue to do so despite the product being unavailable.

They tell you it is despatched when it is not.
Getting a refund is like getting blood out of a stone.

Simply one lie after the next.

Hello Paul,

Please may we have some further information on this if possible? The website has a clear indication the Rockwool page with estimated delivery dates.

There is a clear box beneath the product description that reads as follows;

✓ Estimated between --/--/-- and --/--/--

Please be aware there may be an extended lead time due to manufacturing delays. Please contact us to check stock or for further details.

If you provide an order number we can look into this in further detail.

Kind regards,

Shockingly bad experience.....beware

Shockingly bad experience.....beware
Ordered 3 items all showing in stock. Finally received 2 a month later - no emails answered and the only update i got was through chat. Had to chase the third, again through chat, 'told' it had been sent (not true), but that it was now out of stock so i would be refunded.
They continually failed to reach even the most basic level of service.
