Very good Conveyancing Quote for the sale of my mother's retirement flat. I gave them the go ahead over 18 months ago (did not put up the price) and has just completed the sale today and money in my bank the same day! Used TQ Law for our home purchase, just over 19 weeks from instructing to completion, would have been 17 weeks however a problem in the chain so not TQ’s fault. We were with Team AC and honestly not one problem throughout, communication was great and mostly done via email which I prefer as everything is in writing.
