Excellent service regarding the sale of my mum's property. Always responded quickly to any questions/ enquiries.

Our process had been longer than usual (not our fault or the solicitors) but they have been patient and was detailed with the updates. Clear communication, prompt reponse and efficient. I cannot recommend TQ Law highly enough. not only was their quote one of the cheapest, our chain was, to say the least, a complex one- non-responsive solicitors, non-proactive estate agents, never ending rearrangements of exchange and completion. Without Katie and Abi and all team AC, it's not an exaggeration to say we would be in housing limbo right now. I am so grateful. Every time I picked up the phone with a question or concern, Katie, Abi or Mollie was there to speak to me and keeping a cool head. Emails were always replied to within the afternoon. I was dubious at iorst, because the price was competitive, and so was my estate agent...But i must say it has been well worth it!

The team here, and I mean team, respond quickly to enquiries, make things very clear and have just been a joy to work with.

I'm selling and buying a property, and I will be recommending these to anyone that will listen. Previous experience with solicitors I have used and those linked to sales/purchases from up and down chain have all been frustrating, but this team really do work well.

The sales/purchase is almost complete, and if the other solicitors / conveyancers had been as good as TQ Law, I think it would have been completed a month or two earlier.

TQ were excellent at steering us through a difficult transaction. It is said that moving house is a very stressful business but TQ helped tremendously and keeping us informed. Thank you.
