Totes luxes is an incredible small business.
I had been looking at purchasing one of their London mini handbags for a while when I decided to go for it and I am so glad that I did! The quality is impeccable and the customer service is second to none. I dealt with Kate via email as I had left it last minute to order in time for mother's day. I had a look on the website with regards delivery and it stated to contact them to arrange next day delivery if needed so this is what I did.
Kate couldn't have been more helpful and I am very grateful to her for that. All in all totes luxe is a beautiful unique small business who I will definitely be purchasing more items from in the future!

Beautiful bags, really well packaged. Dispatching it took about a week but Kate in customer service was really helpful and it arrived quickly once it was in the system.

I loved the quality bag very much, and the model is very beautiful and elegant.

Geliefert wurde eine Tasche, bei der an den Henkeln die spitzen Metallspießer herausstehen und das Leder, das dies umschließen soll, nicht richtig vernäht ist. Versprochen wurde eine Ersatztasche, die nach 3 Monaten geliefert wurde. Allerdings wurde eine kleinere, günstigere Version geliefert, die fehlende Teile hat und an den Enden der Tragegurte bereits defekt ist. Nun wurde mir zugesichert, dass ich mein Geld zurückerhalte. Ich habe ein Rücksendelabel erhalten und es wurde mir zugesichert, dass alle Dokumente für den Versand hinterlegt wurden. Dies war nicht der Fall und die Rücksendung wurde ohne Benachrichtigung in einem Nebengebäude abgelegt. Seitdem stellt sich das Unternehmen quer mir hier weiterzuhelfen. Ich habe bezahlt ohne eine Tasche ins korrektem Zustand zu haben...

Absolutely stunning bag. I got the grey Milan bag in size 25 and it’s perfect. Not too big and not too small. The quality is beautiful as always. Previously bought 2 London bags and will be coming back for more.

Also want to mention that delivery was prompt even though I ordered during the Xmas period and customer service is always top notch. Thank you!

Ordered a mini London Bag in cream as a gift for my sister this Christmas. The quality and look of the bag are amazing, definitely worth the money. I know she’s going to love it. Also, need to mention customer service, as I had a query regarding delivery. The email was responded to promptly and the item arrived next day, can’t fault the service at all.

I’d have no hesitation ordering again.

My brown Chelsea bag arrived today. I looked for a bag like this for a long time and found many similar bags on different websites, but none convinced me until I came across this site. I have to honestly say that I was very skeptical because I had never heard of this shop before and I was afraid that it was a fake shop. I read through endless reviews before I dared to order one (so I can say that Reviews are very helpful) and I even used fake shop detectors, which assured me that totesluxeUK was a real shop and I also asked customer service how far my bag was After my Order until I got a trackingmumber. They were able to answer me quickly and make me feel good. (Thank you Kate🙏🏼) The bag arrived from England to Germany after a week and 2 days. The quality is impressive and you have the feeling of a bit of a designer and luxury😉 I actually Never Write any Reviews but I wish the small company all the best and would support its advancement 🍀 Now, that I know it’s not a fakeshop I plan to buy the black and grey Chelsea bag too. I can recommend the shop to you with a clear conscience after receiving the good.

The product arrived in good time, well packed and in perfect condition. I was at a business meeting and was asked by a discerning fashion follower "is that an original "x" bag", the quality is that good. I love the addition of foot protectors (please don't throw them away) - the sizing of the bag that I bought was great I can fit my large purse, my iPad mini 6 (that I use for notetaking) makeup and my large purse. Keeps its form well and is a keeper, if you are worried - don't be - I never write reviews but, I saw comments from people wondering if this was a scam as it is too good to be true - it is all TRUE

I bought a Milan bag from this company and I truly have nothing bad to say...the bag was a highly great standard, value for money and excellent quality. The customer service is 5 star and their communication is quick and exceptional. I felt appreciated as a customer and I will definitely buy more product.

I've bought a few items from Totes Luxe and they're all beautiful pieces. Their customer care team is also especially good, Kate has helped with a couple of queries I have had and always been so professional and sorted things promptly.

Be honest, I would probably delay my purchases, I’m really concern buying from the internet , but when I saw so many good reviews on trust pilot- I decided to give a go and didn’t regret.

Amazing, amazing, amazing! From the bag itself to the customer service, I could not find a fault even if I tried. The bag is beautiful and has quickly become my go to bag over my other high end designer bags due to its practicality and adaptability. It goes with everything, even tracksuits. I can’t wait to buy my next Totes Luxe bag <3 and a big thank you to the customer service team who replied to my tracking query within 15 mins of sending the email! For reference, I received my bag seven days after purchasing - two days later than expected as Yodel experienced a delay, nothing to do with Totes Luxe and still very quick (and free) shipping IMO 🥰

When I tell you, this bag has exceeded my expectations and more, literally the perfect everyday bag so simple yet classy and just the perfect size… adore

Beautiful handbags, with that luxurious feel but very disappointing customer service.
I ordered the London bag in standard size in orange and brown. I prefer the detail in the orange bag with orange thread, where as the brown bag has white thread but both colours are stunning.
I originally emailed to see if I can deliver the bags to Royal Mail to collect, with no response. I then had some problems with my delivery and I emailed to see if I can sort out the problem but no response. The courier company was able to assist me though and I got my bags.
5/5 for handbags but 1/5 for communication.
