Good service overall and very happy with the quality of the work done by all the tradesman.
Good communication from Steve who organised the conservatory and door replacement, he kept us well informed about when things were going to happen.
Communication from Steve who organised the cladding was virtually non- existent and we had to contact the office to find out when things were happening and to get the scaffolding removed.
On the whole I would definitely recommend Totalglaze to others who may be looking for a good company.

As always, professional, polite and well installed. Highly recommended

All of the Totalglaze contractors who attended my property to complete the construction of the new porch were polite, courteous, & very, very professional I couldn't recommend them enough.

Very good value for money and excellent fitters

Had the TLC roof installed in conservatory and it looks stunning. Excellent & professional work from the workmen and they cleaned up after themselves. Great price too. Would highly recommend

The porch installation was over approx 10 days.
It involved 3 sessions, with obvious waiting times for cement to dry etc.
The finished job was exactly on speck, and looks great.
The guys were all professional and courteous and were very competent in there tasks.
The only thing that stopped the full five stars was the small stones of rubble and bits of concrete left on the grass out front.
This wasn’t a big deal, but did require kneeling on the grass picking out the grit and cement else it would have got caught in the strummer and mower etc.
Apart from that.. brilliant.
We are well happy. 😃

Fantastic service. Clean tidy very pleased with our new door.

Fabulous! Here early. Called before arrival. Got job done quickly, and accurately. Even cleaned windows at the end of the appointment. Top makes for Rick and Karl

Very friendly staff. Quick service, and very pleased with my new windows.

Perfect Job and Price is considerably lower to others in the Market. I am enjoying the conservatory this summer and I hope it will be the same in Winter

We had a great experience. The guy who came to measure up and quote was very friendly and punctual. Then the guys who came to install the door were very professional and good as what they do. They done a great job and inwont hesitate to contact them again for similar works

First class installation by Totalglaze. Our go to company for windows and doors, this is the third project they have completed for us in our home. They supply good quality double glazed units direct from their factory. Their experienced fitters always pay attention to detail in finishing off around the new frames, took care not to cause any mess in our conservatory and left us with a first class job. We are well pleased . Thank you.

Nice new windows fit quickly, cheers

Great service from start , my only observation not a complaint is,
Stated it would take 3 days to complete done in 2 marvellous , only to find many windows didn't open or shut properly!!Have had to wait 2 weeks ish for somebody to come back to rectify hopefully.
Will use you again yes

We have been customers of Total Glaze for over 10 years.
This was our final project to complete our house and once again they did not disappoint.
Excellent service right from the initial quotation visit until completion.
Chris & Matt were excellent. Their workmanship was second to none and our new cladding has got us nothing but positive remarks from our neighbours.
Our window fitters were also excellent.
Customer service is professional and readily available.
Highly recommend Total Glaze for cladding and windows.

Very professional job ~ Fitters very tidy ~ Cleaned away each day ~Arrived on Time ~ Pleased With Door & Windows

Great advice and work was carried out to very good standards.

The service provided was great from start to finish. The surveyor was very experienced and showed us a variety of styles of doors. The fitters were very good as well, tidying up as they worked, and we are so pleased with the finished product.
