Highlights of working with the team included:

• A 1:1 video call with Joseph helped us find a mortgage that suited our needs and allowed us to ask all the questions we had.

• Having access to preferential rates, tailored to new build properties. Buying a new-build apartment with a 10% deposit we were worried that we would be restricted to a narrow selection of higher rate mortgages. Unlike the online broker we used initially, Joseph found us an affordable product that met our requirements in full.

• While Joseph was away his colleagues covered our case seamlessly, making sure everything progressed on time and helping us respond to some follow up asks from our mortgage provider.
