Probably A Scam
This company is run by a 25 year old Indian guy, Arvind Baloda, who himself seems to be unemployed since a long time and is selling services to secure tech jobs in Canada from India.
I saw an ad on Instagram about their services and since I was looking for a job, I reached out to them and scheduled an online meeting with them.
Before the meeting, I was told to watch a video wherein the business owner is explaining the process of how they work. While explaining he is using expletives which was so unprofessional.
When I joined the meeting it was very awkward because he was not initiating the conversation, there was no proper greeting and he asked me a lot of intrusive questions which was not relevant to find a job. When I asked how are these questions relevant for the job, he simply said it is relevant (amazing explanation!). I asked him about the payment process which was shady again. He said the services required payment through Paypal or Remitly. After explaining the process, there was awkward silence. So to move things ahead I told him that I think I got the info I needed and I will get back to him. He hung up on me as soon as I told him that which was super weird.
I stalked him on Linkedin and realised that he has a separate personal Linkedin profile which shows his work experience. He doesn't seem to be employed right now and is himself looking for job opportunities. Oh boy! What an irony!
I recommend staying clear of this business.
