Possibly the best customer service ever. I ordered a product then found a cheaper price elsewhere due to a cashback offer. CheapestElectrical tried to match the offer but could not, and even commented how good the offer was that I had found and immediately arranged for the return with a collection, at no expense to me. I will honestly use this vendor again whenever possible as this experience has filled me with confidence. Many thanks for getting things right.

Anita on customer service was very patient with me, (well I am 81 and not very savvy with the digital world). I received a very reasonably priced Pure clock/dab/radio, without instructions. Anita guided me to helpful websites to assist me with the operation of the clock, which worked out great, very pleased with it. I will definitely shop Cheapest Electrical again.

I bought a TV from these guys, they offered a great price and it also came with a 12 month warranty, so this was really attractive to me. Unfortunately there were some issues during shipping, completely not their fault - but they completely took care of me, clear communication at every stage and ultimately they resolved the issue.
