Plates are amazing! Was so impressed with how quick they came with the Christmas holidays and new year so close. Communication with them was so easy and if I had any questions they didn't hesitate to answer me. I'm sorry that you feel the delivery was slow and as you know once we post them they are out of our control however the plates were posted Thursday evening for you and picked up from the shop friday afternoon. They were then delivered to you Monday which is still very quick and still way before our standard time of 4-5 working days.
