Cant fault them!

Ordered a set of show plates off Titan Plates over Instagram as the ones I wanted were not on the website. Very helpful with frequent updates and received the plates within a week to the specification which I had requested. Cant fault them!

Super clean and great quality !

Bought a set of the 3D gels just after cristmas and they've been great, look super clean and the gels are holding up strong. Would 100% definately reccomend and will be getting a set for the missus car when we get her a private plate.

I was supposed to receive my plates on…

I was supposed to receive my plates on a certain day. They turned up but no one was in. And to redeliver the plates I had to pay a delivery fee which the sender did not cover. So I payed for delivery twice

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review ! All reviews help us to understand what we can improve on or what we are doing good.

I can see you seem to have had some trouble with your order and I can only apologise for the inconvenience.

I’m not quite sure what has exactly gone on here but it seems to me you’ve been left with some fees to pay regarding a re delivery ?

We pay all the fees our end before we send all our plates, we have to pay first to actually have the label printed. Reading up on it, also can see that redelivery are free from Royal Mail.

Can see from the tracking history that;

- Order Placed: 20/03/2022
- Order Shipped: 21/03/2022

You clicked the “Free” shipping option at checkout, so 48hrs Royal Mail is how this would have been sent.

Unfortunately once we post the plates any delivery issues are out of our control, we can do all our best to chase them up, however we was unaware on any issues as no contact was made to us regarding this.

We have contacted you via email regarding this issue and would love to do everything we have in our power to rectify this issue, we can even reimburse you the the redelivery fees you have had to pay, if you can send us over the two receipts of payment you have had to pay.

Any other issues please feel free to contact us first, we will always do our very best to rectify any issues caused, customer satisfaction is something we take pride in doing, and as you can see from our previous reviews, we try to provide the quickest and best service as possible.

Hopefully we can turn that review from a 2 to a 5 🙂
