Titan Cards Ltd Arvostelua 

Unfortunately, my experience with Titan Cards has been extremely disappointing.

On 21 February 2024, I purchased an Umbreon VMAX 215/203 Alternate Art from Titan Cards via Amazon. This was a high-value Pokémon card worth around €829.

What I found particularly concerning was that although my invoice named Titan Cards in the UK as the seller, the card was actually shipped by a third party from the Netherlands. The parcel was sent from the Netherlands to Germany.

According to the tracking, the shipment was supposedly delivered by Hermes on 26 February 2024. However, I never received the parcel. The signature recorded for the delivery was not mine. I reported the matter, filed a police report and subsequently received written confirmation from Hermes regarding the loss of the shipment.

I repeatedly contacted Titan Cards and tried to resolve the matter. From my perspective, the support I received was completely inadequate considering the value of the missing item and the circumstances surrounding the delivery.

PostNL ultimately paid compensation of approximately €250 in relation to the lost shipment. Despite the card having cost me around €829, Titan Cards only offered me approximately €263 rather than reimbursing the full purchase price.

I therefore also involved the European Consumer Centre (ECC/EVZ) in the dispute.

What disappoints me most is not simply that a parcel was lost – mistakes and shipping problems can happen. The decisive issue for me is how the situation was handled afterwards. As a customer who paid around €829 for a single collectible card and never received it, I expected the seller to take responsibility for resolving the problem instead of leaving me with a substantial financial loss.

After this experience, I personally cannot recommend Titan Cards, especially for expensive or high-value purchases.

I rate this 1 star because I ordered a few cards, that were below market price. Also titan cards pretended to ship them but never dropped it off to the post office. It was a birthday present a shame I didn’t get to give it. Very disappointed never ordering from here again.

Sold a large collection of singles and the process was simple and easy to do from start to finish. This was made even easier by the fantastic communication from store staff who couldn't have been more pleasant to deal with. I would highly rate and recommend 👍

I might be being a little paranoid here but 3 packs in a row contained 2 or sometimes more than 2 of the exact same card but different versions. For example a Reverse Holo version of a card and then the next card was Regular Holo version of the same card and sometimes just a Non Holo version of that card all in the same pack? I am no expert and this might be a common thing but it feels very strange that this happened in 3 packs I bought from this company. The packs opened a little too easily also but again i might be being paranoid. The EX bonus cards I bought with the pack arrived damaged and had imprints of something that had been pressed into the card and damage to the top of the card which was very disappointing to see. Packaging was not in a box instead it was in an envelope allowing the cards to move around and potentially bend. I am going to try and get it touch with them and at least get the EX card replaced at the very least.

I have used a few places to buy Pokemon cards and Titan Cards is in my opinion the best, they have a great selection of products and their delivery time is really good. They also have a reward system and in my most recent pack, they even chucked in a free fun pack! I reached out to them to thank them and to ask if I could do a TikTok and Sara responded really quickly and was very helpful, I will definitely be ordering more from them!

Would definitely recommend and I will 100% be purchasing from them again for sure.

Customer support for me was amazingly fast and really helpful, there's a massive selection of TCG products to choose from so I was somewhat spoilt for choice.

Delivery was on time which is perfect and there's absolutely no messing around, everything is straight to the point and exactly as described with packs of sealed quality cards helping me to start my collection.

Great service, quick dispatch and delivery, cards arrived slightly bent by packaging but nothing that being put in a top loader wouldn't fix, other than that card quality has been excellent. Cards aren't priced particularly competitively however; some I've seen as much as 500% market price for ungraded. As much as I don't mind paying a premium for guarnateed quality, charging £8 for a card that goes for <£2 on tcgplayer is unreasonable!
