Omdat er na verloop van tijd een paar problemen waren met het converteren van films, contact opgenomen met klantendienst , en deze waren bereid het probleem snel op te lossen, wat dan ook gebeurd is. Naderhand heeft klantendienst contact blijven houden om te zien of de software perfect werkte. TOP!!!

I made a mistake with my purchase. However Support quickly and efficiently provided me with the necessary codes to correct my mistake. All is good.

Tipard is a scam.
I bought Tipard software for $20 for one month. It worked but not particularly well.
The Tipard website site said that if one has subscribed for an automatic subscription, it will say so in one's account page and it will allow cancellation. My account page did not show automatic renewal and did not allow cancellation. The Tipard website also said that if there is an automatic subscription renewal, one will receive an email one week in advance allowing one to cancel. I received no email. My credit card got charged in the 2nd month with double the amount. I tried to use the customer contact/feedback box in my Tipard account. It allowed me to fill in a message but when I hit the send button, it did nothing. I contacted my credit card company. They said they could not cancel the payment and the only remedy was to cancel my existing card. I did so. They also gave me a telephone number for Tipard (2co) in Japan, where I live and told me to call it. I tried calling it but it is a number which is not in use.

This company is a SCAM, they use deceptive marketing on their website "90 Days Back Guarantee", with no indication that there's exceptions. UNLESS you dig into their return policy, where you'll quickly learn that obtaining a refund is virtually impossible. DO NOT use this company.

Tiptard PDF Converter Platinum did NOT accurately convert my Wells Fargo bank statements. It either populated NO data or some data but NOT the entire bank statement. Their website plainly states, "90 Days Money Back Guarantee" with no wording that exceptions may apply. I had to dig around on their site to find the exceptions which is basically getting a refund is virtually impossible except for a handful of situations. The FTC warns explicitly about using terminology "Money Back Guarantee.

This is the FTC stance, "Deceptive advertising can include using vague or ambiguous words, such as "better" or "stronger", or offering a guarantee or warranty that doesn't specify a remedy. According to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), sellers or manufacturers should only use terms like "money back guarantee," "satisfaction guarantee," or "free trial offer" if they are willing to refund the full purchase price at the customer's request. The advertisement should also clearly disclose any material limitations or conditions that apply to the representation.".

Needless to say, if they don't issue a refund, I'll file a formal complaint and contact my credit card company.

Program is far the best compared to others. The quality of the epub document depends on the quality of the pdf document. It depends on 1. the printing of the book - the design, 2. the quality of the photo from which the pdf is created.
I will use it for my project. The conversion to Word is excellent, to html as well. In short, a great program!

Just wanted the one month try-out, got an subscription instead. I did everything to avoid the auto renewal but they still got me apparently. I feel like being scammed.

After some issues with the Mac version of the 3D converter I got in touch with the support and they were very helpful and resolved the issue with an update. Everything works like a charm now and I am very grateful, especially to Irene from the Tipard support team. I highly recommend this.

I bought the Video Toolkit suite and it works very well. I even made an order error and the support helped me very kindly. Effective and functional.

I wish I'd read the other reviews on this site. Video Converter did not work and support wanted to know all the settings on my computer and change my graphics app. No way. Refused to give me a refund despite 90 day refund guarantee on their website. I claimed within 2 weeks. (Another converter worked perfectly with my existing settings). Do not do business with company!!

Looking for software from Tipard.com? do yourself a favour and whatever your looking at from the product catalogue, go and buy it from a reputable company.

Terrible customer support and dismissive, which would be fair enough if the software actually worked.

Want to claim a refund under the 90 Day Refund? No, you can't do that and expect nothing but problems with this company. Shameful, really shameful.

Never buy anything from this company, I bought a lifetime registration for Tipard DVD ripper, works until you need to reinstall the DVD ripper then you get a 4104 error, basically you cannot use the registration code again.....Then why give out a lifetime registration then, these codes they sell are for one use only, they told me this in an email from support, so when you need to reinstall the software forget it you have lost your money.

The products are poor anyhow and would not recommend this company to anyone!
Never had this from any other company I have bought from ever.
