Brilliant Company
Brilliant company, very easy and straight forward process from beginning to end. We were able to design the door to our preference using the website. The surveyor was helpful and knowledgeable. Was easy to book, there was no pressure on us. On the day the installers were very respectful and did a great job. Would definitely recommend this company.

Excellent service and great installation. The process of changing the details of the door was very easy. The site visit prior to installation was very reassuring. Installation engineers did an excellent job. very satisfied witht he whole process, would recommend your company to friends.

Quality from start to finish. Everything went really smoothly from ordering to survey to fitting. Loving the quality of the materials and workmanship of the installers. Went for the thumb turn lock which is the best thing ever no more looking for keys to open the door. Would totally recommend this product.

Best new front door company online!!
Best new front door company online!!! Great choice of doors, masses of adjustments and options to choose from and Nick honoured the discount code we had even though it had just expired while searching for variations. The online website is also quite fun to visualise what door you could get. We ran several quotes before we zoomed in on the one we like the best!!! MartinDales fitters came measured and then did a perfect job - couldn’t find a single fault with the workmanship and they were great guys! Definitely choose the installation option as their gutters are amazing! Door quality is brilliant and solidor is a top notch brand for doors.

Lovely composite door, pet flap fitted
We've just moved into a house, lots of work needed, and we're doing a load of it ourselves, but I just didn't think that fitting our own door would be a good idea - not one to our house, not our first door fitting (husband has done them at work, but with me as his helper, could have gone wrong!). We also needed one with a pet flap attaching. I wanted a composite door, not a UPVC one. One company told us that you can't put a pet flap in a composite door. I'm glad I didn't listen.
I picked a colour that would help lift the drabness of the decor in this house, everything is grey and white - everything!!! We picked peacock blue, and it's lovely. The pet flap was fully fitted by the guys that came.
They've done a great job fitting it - looks really good, and I'm very grateful that they put the pet flap on, I thought we had to do that.
Now.... the fitters were 5/5, however, when they arrived, and before fitting, they noticed that it wasn't to order. I had requested a low flush threshold, and it wasn't. I may live to regret this - but with all the tradesmen that have been in and out of our house in the last two months, I just wanted it done and finished - plus the cat asking to come in at 3am (it's very sweet, he sings outside the door, and fortunately for him, I'm a light sleeper!).
The fitters were from Martindales, very prompt, left the place nice and tidy.

I am, however, sorry to hear the threshold selected has not met your expectations. I can see that when we surveyed the door, a low UPVC threshold was selected. When Martindales came out to carry out your survey, the different threshold options suitable for your aperture should have been discussed.
We will be feeding this back to ensure our customers fully understand all aspects of their door prior to the door being installed.

I'm sorry to hear of the issues you have recently experienced, Please be assured that our priority is resolving your issue and ensuring you are satisfied.
Sadly, issues can occur from time to time. In your scenario, your locking mechanism has failed over the weekend when we are unfortunately closed.
Since you reported the issue to us on the 25th March, we have worked tirelessly to ensure a new locking mechanism is delivered today so it can be installed by our installers Martindales, tomorrow, so overall the turnaround to rectify the issue is 72 hours.
In regard to your locksmith invoice, we advise all customers that we are more than happy to cover locksmiths up to the value of £100, You can find this in our terms and conditions, which were agreed at the point of sale.
In your case, you have submitted 2 x invoices for over £500, which is significantly higher than what we agree to cover.
However, the invoices have been sent to the manufacturer's management team to ultimately make a decision on the further costs, we hope to have more information for you soon.
Once again, I am sorry for the issue you have encountered. If we can assist with anything else, please do get in touch.

Extra Cost due bad quality
The door cracked, the company sent door slabs to me.
I asked the company to install it as long as still under guarantee, but the company refused under excuse that the guarantee for supplying only.
I would ask the company, why i should pay, while the fault from your door quality?

I'm sorry to hear you are not happy with the service we have provided recently.
Unfortunately, as your order was placed in 2019, the 5-year fitting guarantee has expired. As you still have a 10-year door guarantee active, we are more than happy to provide replacement parts should anything go wrong, but you are no longer covered for fitting.
I can see in your case a replacement slab will be required due to cracking, which has appeared as the door has got older.
I'm sorry you are not happy with this service. The team will be more than happy to arrange a quote for our installers to return and fit the new slab, or you are welcome to find your own installers.
