Tiles360 Arvostelua

I ordered some large format tiles and they were delivered by courier. Unfortunately 1 tile was damaged. I took photos of the box that was slightly damaged and the chipped tile and emailed them to tile360. Within a flash they responded and offered a refund or a new tile sent. I opted for a replacement tile and they sent a whole box! And none were damaged this time. Fantastic customer service, well done

Very good choice of floor tiles on the website, delivery of 1 box of tiles was very fast.

out of 7 samples i ordered 3 arrived broke in half 3 were chipped with the peices in the jiffy bag only 1 was whole and complete, how could i trust to get any order for tiles to me complete and not damaged

Thank you for sending these samples so quickly.

Sample tiles received well packaged and in good time.
Nice quality.

The promptness in supplying samples and quality of of the product

I was expecting full tiles for the samples and just got small cuts which was disappointing

I ordered four or five boxes of tiles and all seemed very efficient until they were delivered when I found that the majority of them were cracked! However, these things can’t be helped and when I contacted Tiles360 they were very helpful and arranged a new delivery and collection of the broken ones immediately. The delivery man was very nice and helpful as well, I’m sure that it was not his fault that they were broken. The next thing that happened was that my Tiler managed to forget where he had put one of the new boxes 🙄 and asked me to order one more box. He then discovered where he had put it and when I messaged Customer Services, they replied straight away with the cancellation and refund so their Customer Service is really first class - thank you!

The tiles arrived in perfect condition, we’ve had 17 boxes of these tiles split over different deliveries and none of the tiles have been damaged at all. The tiles themselves are BEAUTIFUL and of a really high quality. Delivery was super quick too. Would definitely order from again.

Great service all round. Website really easy to navigate. Ordering process straight forward, delivery on time and delivered with care. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.

Placed an order one day and they were delivered the next day. The delivery man was very helpful and put them in my garage where I wanted them.

The whole experience from ordering was professional. Quick delivery, extremely well packed however we had couple of broken tiles on arrival, this was dealt with immediately and replaced following day.
Absolutely love the tiles ,and excellent customer service.
Thank you

Very fast delivery. Unfortunately a full box came with broken tiles but tiles 360 were very prompt to resolve the issue . I would highly recommend this place !
The tiles are very beautiful and high quality and 20 out of 20 for their customer’s service

Loved the tiles, prompt and efficient, no hassle delivery.

Ordered some samples. Arrived very quickly. Beautiful tiles, would have ordered but only needed 4 sq m. Found the delivery costs prohibitive.

High service improved good selection prompt delivery good prices

Great service and delivery. Prices are good too.

Received the tiles promptly.

Tile samples arrived very quickly and they were great quality. I used all of them for my mosaic project, and would definitely order again when needed. They have great variety to chose from. Thank you Tiles360.

I ordered 3 samples that arrived the next working day; ended up purchasing one of them and it's gorgeous. Sample sizes could do with being slightly larger, to fit the pattern if there is one, but other than that great service.
