Ordered tiles and delivery was quick . However one pack was damaged but the company was very quick to resolve and replace with new ones . Fast response to emails with reassuring confirmation that situation will be sorted .. thanks 🤩

Super fast delivery. Great looking tiles all perfect.

I made 2 orders and after the first i should have reallised the red flags.

First order was for floor tiles, 4 bixes were fully broken on delivery so i contacted them to get replacemnt and sent pictures of the broken tiles as they instructed, they then proceded to email back and forth wanting more pics, to a point ahere they asked me to layout 16 broken tiles and send them a picture. I had allready sent the pics that clearly showed the tiles were fully broken. After telling them to pick up all the tiles and give me a full refund they agreed to replace the broken tiles. My project timeline was delayed because of this.

After this i should have NOT placed another order with them but stipidly did. I ordered wall tiles and they sent me the wrong one, i emailed again and they wanted me to pack up the order that they got wrong so they could collect it. I am not able to pick up all the tiles and stack them outside. My builder also refused wanting £60 to do this 'job'. The company want me to pay this as they cant come inside to pick up the tiles due to insurace.

On both occations the driver delivering saw the broken tiles and the incorrect tiles and still would not acnoledge there was anything wrong.

Very frustrated with the company as their lack of experiance packing tiles has cost me alot of money.

I should have gone with top-tiles as they are so much better.

As far as i can see, a reprentative messages they will reach out as they did with me however they dont acctually reach out, I have not heard anything from them. I believe they have done this multiple times.

Just what we were looking for and were just perfect. No damage on any of them. Well packed and I would highly recommend.

The customer service team was very helpful and professional. They assisted me in resolving my issue with the order quickly and efficiently. I also appreciate the fast delivery — everything arrived on time and in perfect condition.

Delivery was on time but the quality of the tiles are just shocking. Out of the 18 tiles used only 10 were able to put on the wall, other 8 were cracked while cutting it. Waste the whole day of the tiler’s time and a huge disappointment for us, have to rebook plumbers in as well due to the tiling was delayed. Contacted customer service but still waiting for their response .

The order was delivered in February. But it had to be returned. Just because Tiles Direct was not available at the time DPD arrived, I have been left with an order lost. I contacted Tiles direct many times by email but no cooperation or responsibility on their part! They don't care. As if their non-availability at the time of return of the tiles was my problem! I am out of pocket for the cost of the tiles and for the missed delivery. I do not recommend ordering online from Tiles Direct - even if the price seems attractive. it might not be in the end!!!

The phone is answered quickly by people, they resolved my problem, quickly and efficiently, great customer service.

Extremely poor service. I had to cancel my orders due to late delivery, but the company failed to process my refunds. After five weeks of chasing them via email and telephone with no success, I was forced to open a PayPal dispute and file a claim through the government’s Money Claims service.
While I have finally received my refunds, the entire experience was exhausting. Please note that I am still £35 out of pocket from the claim fees. I would not recommend this company

I have used this company a few times and every time I’ve had very good service and it has arrived quickly.

Decent quality tiles but customer service and delivery was not great for me.
After chasing multiple times for when my order is arriving I get through to someone simply saying sorry its not gone out yet because its now out of stock but have a bigger size. I accepted the bigger size, some arrived damaged and agreed to refund for 4
Very difficult to contact by telephone sometimes.

The tiles themselves are good quality and arrived in perfect condition, so no issues there.

However, the delivery was delayed, which caused us to push back our renovation schedule. What was particularly frustrating is that I contacted support in advance to confirm the delivery timing, and was given a date that was not met.

In the end, everything arrived fine, but the lack of accurate information and the delay made the experience disappointing.

Excellent customer service is provided by the team. The products I ordered have been very good quality, well packaged and delivered within the expected timeframe.

We usually ordered tiles from The Tiles Direct for our ongoing projects. The quality of the tiles exceeded my expectations, and they arrived well-packaged with no damage. The tile quality was good and matched the description, but there were some delays with delivery which caused inconvenience.
Customer service did respond, although it took a bit longer than expected. Overall, a decent experience, but there’s room for improvement in logistics and communication.

Do not use this company.

This company's products are shoddily made. They arrive broken, and it takes days to resolve the problem. It is not possible to speak to a human being to correct errors, so everything goes into a 3 working day cycle. Their appalling approach to their business has cost me hundreds of pounds in unnecessary delays.

I had a small order to complete a tile project ... and they were incredibly helpful to give me a good price, decrease the cost of shipping, and get me my tiles quickly. Awesome job!

It would be no star if that option were available, absolutely disgusting service from them , sent wrong tiles completely smashed, and then sent 3 more orders that also ended same way , extremely hard to contact to resolve issues, will now have to got through my bank to get my money back .
