I don’t usually leave reviews, but my recent purchase from Tier1Online deserves one. I bought a Lenovo ThinkCentre M920q after doing a lot of preparation. Very good customer service with prompt and relevant replies to my queries. The ThinkPad itself was in almost perfect condition apart from minor scratches and blemishes to the exterior (this type of body is prone to that) tkThe keyboard , screen, webcam and all ports looked brand new). Worked very well out of the box, no issues at all. Very happy with the purchase. A great 14" laptop at a really good price. The delivery was good too, but the courier didn't update me between saying they were "expecting to receive my order" and then another 2 days later saying my parcel would be delivered in 3 hours. Luckily I was in but I'd appreciate knowing the date of delivery beforehand. This is on the courier tho, not the vendor.

PC arrived in great condition. You can tell they actually took the time to do a proper refurbishment as when I looked inside the case there was not a spec of dust.
Delivery was fast with no issues. 3 days for it to get to me in Northern Ireland is not bad at all. The package itself was also well protected in a decent quality box with plenty of bubble wrap.
All in all, would recommend these guys if you need a PC but don't want to pay the overinflated current market prices due to ram & storage supply chain issues.
