It was a quick solution to my cancellations of flights for highly appreciate Priya for great service.

extremly rubbish people and service i bought tickets from them infeb 2020 and could not come back due to covid lockdown so i bought another AIRINDIA ticket to back to uk but still my refund not received and they said to send email but no one is replying for them and whenever i contact customer service they said still your money ias not received i wanted to book another 5 tickets but not from this rubbish peoples.

Booked many flights over the last few years with ticketstoworld. I’ve gotten used to the best prices and an easy booking process, and now for international flights, they are my go-to platform. The helpline seems to be open 24/7 and is always super useful with any queries— in particular, recently Mukul, Yuvraj, and Manju have been super helpful, amongst others over the years.

I have used tickets to India to book my tickets for over 15 years and found Kabir Chowdhury always very efficient and professional and prompt in sorting these for me and family & also friends in past.

I had been using ticketstoindia for long time now,but didn't know that ticketstoworld were sister concern,I had a very good service from Mukul,guided us very professionally, i was very happy with his excellent service,i would and I have already recommended friends and relatives to use ticketstoworld for their flight deals,thanks Mukul,keep it up.

09:37 Disgusting customer service from a sales advisor, raised his voice when asking him some questions in regards of changing our ticket. Never again shall I book through this company again, bad attitude.

My booking was handled by Mukul. I had made a booking online but for some reason my payment didn't go through. Mukul contacted me proactively and although I was in Canada and considering the time difference ensured that the booking was completed successfully within the stipulated time.

Booked tickets for my parents on their partner site bimanair.co.uk and having initially read some poor reviews on here, I was worried, but there's no need. They provided me everything ahead of time, and it was a smooth booking process with the ability to pay a deposit to secure the booking and pay the final price one month before travel.
