Irresponsible. Never use them even if they are a few quid cheaper.
Booked with them return tickets in February 2025 to fly on 21st December 2025. Airline informs them about flight being rescheduled but ticketstoindia.com never bothered to convey it to us, despite the fact that they had all the contact details. We reached the Airport and were sent back without any recompense. Ref. EBP No. 830688 Airline Reference/ PNR STB3JF

Many thanks for providing your booking reference details which has enabled us to trace your booking.
Our team has checked the booking history and can see that this was a last minute change made by Turkish Airlines. As you will appreciate, we have no control over such changes and would not have had the opportunity to let you know given the late notification. In addition, airlines would normally contact the passenger directly when there is a last minute change as the customer's contact details are included in the PNR.
We do, of course, appreciate your frustration with what happened and if you have not already done so, we would suggest contacting Turkish Airlines to register your complaint.

As an agent, Tickets to India will always try to notify customers when we have prior notice of any changes and when we are able to contact the customer. Unfortunately, this is not always possible which is why we do instruct all customers to reconfirm alll flight segments (either with us or the airline) at least 72 hours prior to departure.

Brilliant service!
I ended up booking my with an incorrect surname. Before my eticket got confirmed I realised this within a few mins of placing my order (At 1.30am). I messaged tickets to India via WhatsApp link- quick response from Naveta. She kindly send me an updated order details for me to confirm, and once confirming this, I got my correct confirmation within 20minutes.
Amazing price, and even better after sales service- thank you Naveta and team :)
