5 star customer service
This is not the first time I have booked my flights with tickets to India, they have always offered competitive fares.
I booked my tickets online, received a follow up call from Jazz who discussed my online booking and offered me an upgrade on return leg of my trip at a very minimal cost. Great value for money, this offer was not available on any comparison sites, I would have only got economy for the price I paid with any other online sites.
