I've been using ticketsconfirmed.com as my travel agency for the past 8 years. We've planned well over twenty trips together, all over the world. I feel very fortunate to have found such a competent, intelligent, helpful, and well-traveled travel agent.

Steve has been all over the world himself, so his advice is based on personal experience, not just what he has read in guidebooks or found online.
He has helped my family and me plan a wide variety of trips of all different styles and costs. His advice, recommendations, and travel arrangements have always been thoughtful, cost-effective, and accurate.

Especially for more remote and difficult itineraries, I've felt more confident knowing that Steeve is standing behind me if something might go wrong with my itinerary. He works with a wide variety of excellent ground operators all over the world.

He is also very knowledgeable about cruises, and has helped us book the best cruises for our tastes and interests, and has always gotten us the best possible prices.

Called in to ask questions about medical insurance for a trip and the person that picked up the phone wasn't interested in even talking about any of our questions.
Even after expressing the intent to book with the person that helps us. Still got completely blown off --- DO NOT CALL HERE. NOT WORTH THE TIME TO DIAL THE NUMBER. Never, ever, talked to anyone in the travel business that has been uninterested in helping and making a sale. Booked two trips to Hawaii through other travel agents. Those companies are no longer in business and were looking for a new one. It will not be this business. --- then after posting a Google review to let everyone know what happen, he continued with a response that is completely lies to save face. Two people were on the phone call friend. Can't lie about that.

Awesome agency, got me a great deal a a trip to Cancun at a great price. I pretty much thought that travel agencies had become useless with Expedia and all of the online sites but, these guys got me a better deal than anything I found online and it included a bunch of extra bonuses like resort credits and room upgrades.

services was fine, but they should provide more information about luggage sizes for each airline because they all have their own rules. It didn't saved my time to look for it.

Had a great experience booking our honeymoon at Tickets Confirmed - Travel Agency! They were so extremely helpful and very patient. They sat with us several times and went through different islands and places to go to that were all inclusive. My wife and I just got back from a Secrets Cap Cana in Dominican Republic. We booked out trip 3 months in advance and we were advised that we should upgrade our room to a preferred club. This was one of the best vacation even in our lives. From the moment we started working with an agent Steve everything that he recommended worked well and was great advice. I booked with TICKET CONFIRMED on a business trip to Munich. The hotel was comfortable enough after a busy day traveling. We were in a triple room and it was just large enough for us and our bags. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean. Did not get a chance to stay here long enough to give a detailed assessment but for the short time, it was good. Situated on the outskirts of Munich. The breakfast was a buffet style with a large selection of food.

My husband I had the best honeymoon at the heart of Istanbul, Turkey. We booked with ticket confirmed. Agent Steve gave us a good guide. We were delighted we followed the details listed. It was ten days of blissful moment. A moment my husband and I will forever cherish. Guess what ….We have already made all arrangement in the next two month to booked with ticket confirmed ahead for our next year anniversary in Paris. Can’t wait!

Excellent service! I had not worked with a travel agent before, but was happily surprised working with Tickets Confirmed - Travel Agency. Ticket is managed and confirmation is a big problem for every tour but they manage everything even the ticket for our hotels too. I'd recommend them to anyone.

I have used Ticketsconfirmed.com for over a 5 years and not only have I NEVER HAD A PROBLEM, I dare you to show me a better price. I can go directly to any vacation site, call Tickets Confirmed, get the same deal, and get my rebate on top of that. To the person who said they didn't get their rebate, act before you speak. Give them a call and I can guarantee they will fix the problem. No wonder smaller companies can't compete in this day and age. I love these people and will spout out my appreciation til' the cows come home. BTW when you call, someone answers!
