Honestly this is a joke to be writing a review again about how bad things are . 3 Three mobile did not take two months money from my mother bank and with out wrighting to her just charged her a large amount. 93 years old she noticed and went to the shop where she was told her contract had ended . But she needed to call up for a new contract. The BOT said it will send a code to the phone . When in come in you find out you have timed out .. why !
So I did what 3 Three shop told me to get a PAC and a SIM and do it that way so I did . Then we got a message to say mother's contract wasn't fully up into march . So we didn't need the extra SIM . As it had only just been taken up and in the 14 day we had to post it back as we couldn't contact the 3 Three mobile customer services as the BOT said time out . Madness, We took Mum in the Wheelchair to the shop and as she has slight dementia they said to upload power of attorney
I was given a help number after going to the shop . So we tried this and it will not load up as the web site is not able.
So we tried with the phone number and got through But 3 Three we need to talk to mum to make sure she is who she is So take evidence to the shop and get them to call . All this trouble to sort out 3 Three mobile mistake!
The SIM returned with in 7 days With proof ! A letter saying we didn't want it anymore because of the mistake made ! And her signature clearly signed. Doing everything that is clearly written online and on the paperwork that came . But still they say that the letter of that came more to her signature .
I watched her sign it .... It is her's
So we called customer services and the young lady to stop debit . So now we have ! .
93 years old people should not go through this . She's that old she remembers the doodle bugs bombs flying over the house in the second world war .

I have never actually gotten a new phone
I have never actually gotten a new phone for myself until now because my phone simply could not go on for much longer. I spoke to Hannah and Oscar (in training) as well as another fellow who's name I can't recall but he loves Honor. They were all brilliant and made it very not stressful for me and helped get me something I was happy with, I really appreciated their time.

Really nice experience overall, and the staff were very helpful. I would suggest providing a sofa or some seating space for customers who have to wait. I waited for around half an hour and had to stand the whole time, as both staff members were busy. Having a small seating area would make the experience much more comfortable for customers waiting their turn.
