Three UK - 3Store Wood Green Arvostelua 

The service was perfect 👌

I am extremely disappointed with the treatment I received at Three Store Wood Green. I was served by Sergio, and his behaviour was completely unacceptable.
I politely asked him, “Can you do me a favour?” and his immediate response was simply “No,” delivered in a rude and dismissive tone. He then continued to give me attitude throughout the interaction. When I told him he couldn’t speak to me like that, he responded — and I quote — that he can and that he speaks however he wants. I was absolutely furious. No customer should ever be spoken to in such a disrespectful and arrogant manner.
His behaviour completely spoiled my day. It was clear from his attitude that he feels he can get away with treating customers this way, which is extremely concerning.
I asked to speak to a manager. Sergio said he would speak to him, but I strongly doubt he did. When I did speak to who I believe was the manager or assistant manager, they were very dismissive of my complaint and did not seem interested in properly addressing the issue.
This experience was shocking and deeply unprofessional. I expect Three to investigate this matter seriously. Customers deserve basic respect and courtesy. Sergio should not be allowed to treat people in this manner without consequences.
I would appreciate a proper investigation into this incident and a response explaining what action will be taken.

Ismail is the best sales person i have ever mate

I was served by Anna she was exceptional, she helped us understand exactly how the current contracts I have work, the separate payments and also sold me a phone for my daughter at a very good price, she helped me to transfer my daughter's number to three and set up the new phone, the price was even better when she suggested for me to give back the old one, she did all for me, with patience and care, she told me when she's works so anything I can come back to her , I really appreciated how I was treated, left Three feeling happy and clarified 🥰

Cesar helped me to solve my issue and provided excellent service

Ismail was amazing. Walked me through everything and made it really easy and stress free. Very very happy with my experience and I would recommend anyone to this three store - especially to Ismail.

Atharva was amazing .I bought a new phone as I was burgled this week.His explanations were very clear ,I was very comfortable in the shop and felt as if all the information I was receiving was helpful ,as a person I can tell he is very down to earth and is a good representative for Three .He represents your store very well .Going into shops there is a lack of customer service however Artharva’s customer service was excellent and I have no bad words to say about him. I have to say is that it’s lovely to see nice people in the work environment as a customer
