Very helpful
The assistant was very knowledgeable and answered all questions thoroughly. The only small thing was an add on of extras which I wasn't told about until after signing however it was down to a genuine error that as it happens we wanted the extras anyway

Hello there.
We're glad to hear the assistant was able to help you get the info you needed while you were signing up for a new deal. It's unfortunate that the details you mentioned weren't discussed before finalising things, we're always working to do better and make sure all the important details are explained prior to completing the process, and hope we can improve on this in future.
Thanks for taking the time to leave us this review. It helps us know what's going right, and what isn't. -Pete
Poor phone support and expensive contract sim
So far I have spent approximately 5 hours making phone calls helping my sister in law with her bills and re-activating a replacement phone. We were eventually told that everything was fine and working but discovered that the SIM card had not been activated. Yesterday we travelled 12 miles to the 3 store at Washington Galleries and our issues were resolved by Amy, a fantastically helpful and friendly customer support member, in a matter of minutes. Thank you Amy. 😀 You were a star.🌟
