After renewing my contract
After renewing my contract, the ordered mobile arrived as promised by DPD, although I had difficulty transferring the details from my old mobile to the new.
On my return today, I was met by Sam, who did everything needed to complete the transfer.
He was patient and friendly, and was a credit to the store for his helpfulness. He clearly has a passion for Three and it's product delivery.
Thoroughly recommended.
