I had a fantastic experience at the Manchester Arndale store today thanks to Biswarupa. After a really frustrating experience elsewhere, she was incredibly helpful, nice, and calm throughout the entire process. She made the whole transition seamless, sorted my new iPhone contract effortlessly, and completely turned my day around. Absolutely stellar customer service, thank you so much!

Minus 1000 stars! The internet and services never work properly. The security is overly pedantic and does not work either. The customer service sucks balls as nobody listens, they are perfidious and stressful to disabled customers. They are trying to keep me in a contract when I told them for 7 days during the cooling off period that I demand to leave!!! They lack compassion and mindfulness...AVOID at all costs!!!

Marcus helped me upgrade my SIM card and was patient and understanding. Thank you a lot, really solved my problem and listened to my concern.

Marcus was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He sorted my upgrade super quickly and easily, everything was explained clearly and I even got a reduction in my wifi price. The free power pack, phone case & screen protector was a really nice unexpected bonus. Marcus was very friendly, personable, helpful and knowledgeable. In December 2025 I took out a mobile broadband hub contract in person via their Huddersfield branch. It was a one-month rolling contract and it was explained to me that I could give notice at any time online and return the hub to any Three branch. On the 29/3 I gave notice. The same day I received an email:-

"Remove your SIM, turn off any tracking apps like Find My iPhone, and clear your personal data
Package your device securely. We won’t be able to refund you the full amount if it arrives damaged
Check your emails for your DPD returns QR code
Take your device to a DPD drop-off location within 5 days of receiving the QR code email. You don’t need to print anything – just show your QR code to the staff at the store
Make a note of your tracking number, in case you need it later. You’ll find this in the email "
I didn't receive this email and took the hub in perfect condition to the Three store at the Arndale in Manchester as I had been advised at the outset.
The store assistant told me that they couldn't accept it and made reference to a DPD email that I hadn't received. I asked to see the manager and was told the same story. I insisted that I was leaving the hub there as I explained that I was not going to be in the country for the next 2 to 3 weeks and that, in any case, when I took out the contract, I was told I could take the hub back to any Three store. The manager threatened me as to how it could impact my credit rating, and she wouldn't take any responsibility if it went missing.
I have raised several complaints with Three about this, and all they want to do is chase me for money I don't owe them, and today, emailing (over 2 months later) to tell me that I haven't returned the hub and I owe them £87.50 + VAT. Their customer service is non-existent, and all they want is any excuse to close off a complaint, even if that means opening up another 5 minutes later.
I am exasperated - avoid them!

Bad costumer service, selling stuff you did not ask for and without even explaining what’s included, definitely will take the phone back once I receive it.

I saw Hayley in the Three store today to help with getting my son a new sim card after his was stolen. She made the transaction so easy and we felt comfortable in her guidance. She easily replaced his sim card and gave us some advice on lowering his bill. Excellent customer service with a smile

Abigail went through all my accounts and updated all records and saved me some money in the process. Excellent service. Give that girl a raise.

I visited 3 store and was greeted by Ommar he was really supportive

i came in the store and some lad called daniyal Helped me out with a smile, excellent customer service skills proved by this gentleman as he Spoke well mannered and as i was confused with certain Aspects , he clarified them and made it easier to understand.

Mariyam was really friendly and advised me on the best contracts that were available. Really supportive and would definitely come more regularly. Value for money is also very reasonable
