I had a great experience in store, my contact had ended, James and Ben were very knowledgeable and patient when setting me up with a new phone allowing me time to compare different brands and costs of different phones and contracts. Didn't realise a lot of my numbers needed updating, only went in to upgrade mifi, I'd never of been able to sought online would of been to confusing and taken a long time, had lots of help given by Lola, instore she sorted everything I was able to upgrade my tablet as well as the mifi, and all numbers updated.
