I'm a long time suffer of a chronic heart condition. All my medications and all my information medical wise is on my phone
My phone charge was on 3% and they charged my phone tom James and ste were amazing. I purchased a portable charger from them but they couldn't do enough. The best experience I have ever had in a phone shop. Thank you

Jonnes was really helpful today
Jonnes was really helpful today. I wanted to upgrade my current iPhone 16 to the iPhone 17 pro. He was very patient and went through all the monthly payments to find something best suited to me.
The Three store in Liverpool one is brilliant! I’d 100% recommend if you’re looking for a good broadband with great offers.

Very Happy with customer experience
Very pleased with my customer experience at the South John Street Store today.
The member of staff that assisted me was Miesha, who was very helpful and patient with me, a credit to Three UK! :)
Miesha helped me to upgrade my phone, explaining all the different variations of the phones I was interested in and also the packages that were available to me within my budget, all in all it took about 30 minutes, thank you!
