I Just want to say a MASSIVE "THANKYOU" to Nick who helped me today. I lost my phone over the weekend and needed a new sim card,because I couldn't get into my emails to validate myself,I was advised by the call centre to go into branch with ID and they would help me.
Nick was amazing, very friendly,patient and nothing was too much trouble for him. He sorted my new SIM card,made sure my phone worked before leaving and also answered my queries around my upgrade options. He's a credit to Three Fab-u-lous!😊
