Bea at the Leamington store is a star
Bea at the Leamington Spa store delivered faultless service - she supported me to upgrade one of my business lines but when we encountered an issue in store and it had to be escalated she continued to chase it up for over a week (clearly not a straightforward issue!), kept me informed all the way and was utterly delightful to boot. All resolved now. Thank you so much Bea. Give the woman a raise.

Big shout out to Aiden at the leam spa 3 store! Sorry, can't remember the first chaps name, but cheers to him too for his honesty on how screwed my phone was and my situation haha! But yeah, Aiden got me set up and sorted out when I was freaking out coz I needed to get to my sister's wedding the next day! And thanks for the laugh while we sorted it out too!
