Superb knowledge of his job and extremely friendly and supportive with questions raised, unlike most who would make you feel silly for asking questions he made the whole experience an absolute delight and has ensured repeat custom for at least another 3 years with this contract. Staff that go above and beyond!!
Went into Kings Lynn store with a probelem with their sister company Smarty and the store manager Sam was absolutely amazing. He not only managed to rectify the problem in store but he also got me my number back and set me up with a new sim after I lost my phone!! He was such a help, it took well over an hour to deal with the problem and he persevered until it was all sorted! Legend, Sam!! Thank you so much!!
