We're truly sorry to hear about the incredibly frustrating experience your father endured, especially given his health and the issues with his broadband box. It's clear that the situation was handled poorly, and we understand your disappointment with the lack of support and the difficulties encountered. We appreciate you highlighting Antonia's excellent service, but we also acknowledge your concerns about how we support elderly customers and those facing technological challenges.

On point service from Danni
Went to get a new sim 3, Danni was very polite and efficient. Outlined everything that I asked for and even gave me a bit of banter to go with it. All are very pleasant to be around. Anything you need with phones pop yourself over to 3 as they know what they are doing.
Again shoutout to Danni she's a real one in the dog or be dog world.
