Gosia was by far the best customer advisor I’ve ever had to help me. I had a major issue with changing my surname for my married name and no one online was able to do anything after several emails and phone calls. Gosia in the three Darlington store was able to sort the situation within 10 minutes she went above and beyond to help me and sort the problem. Staff like this is few and between in places like this.

I went in to pick up a SIM only from the store and was greeted warmly by a lovely man called Dave I think his name was? When he was letting me know my contract I realized I hadn't added on something and he without any fuss was able to change the contract and place a new order. He was friendly, professional, warm and easy to talk to. I would 10000% love it if every person in a shop displayed this behavior because it makes such a difference, I felt confident with my product, valued as a customer and feel I can just pop in there if ever I have any issues. Thanks!
