WHILST THE DAY I OPENED THE ACCOUNT FOR MY TELEPHONE ACCOUNT TO BE SWITCHED FROM O2 TO THREE SEEMED TO GO OK.IT WAS NOT.I WAS TOLD IT WOULD TAKE 1 DAY.INSTEAD IT TOOK 5 DAYS & 2 VISITS TO THE 3 STORE ! PHONE CALL TO CUSTOMER SERVICES.AND IT WAS ONLY THE DAY AFTER TALKING TO CUSTOMER SERVICES & TELLING THE STAFF REPEATADLY THAT THE SIM WAS NOT WORKING,THAT A MEMBER OF STAFF TOOK THE SIM OUT & PUT IT IN HER OWN PHONE & SAW THAT IT WAS NOT WORKING THAT THE SITUATION WAS RECTIFIED.WHICH IF THE STAFF WERE DOING THERE JOB PROPERLY SHOULD HAVE BEEN CHECKED THE 1ST TIME.
