Have been wrongly charged twice for the…
Have been wrongly charged twice for the same add on. Tried to speak to store manager, was told that they were not be able to help because I did not make the order in store. The store manager was also very aggressive.
Tried to speak to live chat agent, the conversation gets cut off every time right before it can be sorted.
