I just wanted to say how pleased I was with the service I received from Lewis in Carmarthen and his colleague, Cade.
Lewis made sure I was happy with my purchase, he was really lovely to chat to, made us laugh, feel comfortable and made sure I was getting the best deal possible. He even stayed behind after his shift had finished to make sure everything was sorted. There was no pressure, no rushing. That level of customer service really deserves recognition because it's rare to come across someone so friendly and genuinely helpful.
A huge thank you to Lewis and Cade, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend three in carmarthen x

We had a perfect visit to the Carmarthen store today. We were looked after by India to start and handed over to Daniel. Both members of staff were welcoming, friendly and very knowledgeable.
