Hao has been exceptionally helpful over the last 2 days. My problem with my original phone was remedied as best as possible, then she helped set up a new phone that has been sitting in a drawer for over 2 years because I could not get it to automatically upload. She was very patient and talked me through all the processes.It was complicated. Made sure I had access to what’s app and emails. Gave me advice on removing apps and data no longer required and also assisted me with my portable WiFi set up. I have been with 3 for over 10 years and although I cannot fault the service from before I feel that Hao has gone the extra mile for me. I am a happy satisfied customer.
