Poor service, avoid at all costs.
Absolutely abhorrent service and poor quality hotspot router. We signed with 3 given our building had limited options. As students we needed decent download speed, and was promised that during our consultation, but reached 500kb/s on a good day. Not to mention we had nothing at all for the first month. We took four separate trips to the store but they could provide little to no help in person, and would consistently redirect us to a customer survive number that we couldn’t get a response from given that our phones weren’t with the same provider.
We have been misinformed about the duration of our contract, with it never being made known that we had to cancel over the phone after the agreed term or it would become rolling. There was confusion from customer service that we had in fact ‘cancelled our subscription’, yet another payment was removed from our account.
Also very convenient to mention a possible fine for any damage on the router, which again, was impossible to return to any local 3 stores.
Very disappointed. Students especially - avoid at all cost.
