Customer Service Done Right
Was in store today to sort out a change of details and pick up an order. Sophie was absolutely fab! Super understanding of the issues that brought me into the store today - an asset to the Castle Court team and a ray of sunshine - a fantastic example of customer service done right!
She was incredibly patient and went above and beyond to make the experience of life admin less daunting - a process I’ve been putting off for months was finished in under 20 minutes.
The other staff on hand were also fab and helped streamline the process, so thank you! Have recommended family and friends to use Three and interactions like this really highlight why it’s a great network to be with. Thank you again folks!

Such a friendly interaction
Destiny was lovely and super knowledgeable, directed me to all the details of my contract and what phone would suit my needs. Unfortunately, an administrative issue precluded me from moving forward, and I haven’t heard back from Three on that, but Destiny was absolutely brilliant and I’m so glad it was her who helped me today! EDITING AFTER REPLY: as I said, unfortunately, as she informed me, I can’t become a Three customer anymore, and this after almost a decade. But I didn’t want this to overshadow how understanding Destiny was about this, and she apologised even though it wasn’t her fault. Just to be clear, this is for her, not for Three.
