Having had a terrible experinace with…
Having had a terrible experinace with dwaling with Thee via their website, which involved various conversations ,being put through to the wring department, cut of etc etc i went to the Branch in Basingstoke .
I was met with a very member of staff called Paul, he was amazing and with in a short space of time he has resolved the problem which the Three Business team seemed incapable of doing.

Outstanding service from Ben. My phone was stolen which made accessing accounts very difficult, an issue with my account also caused delays but Ben sorted them all out, stayed past his work hours and I left all set up with a new phone. Polite and professional the whole time even though nothing was made easy

Harry helped us move mre and my husband to 3 with 2 new phones. Over 4 days we came in to setup our accounts, phones and eveytning in between. He was great and made everything easy and understandable for us both!
