We were with 3 network for years until the prices became unaffordable we tried to workout a better package but they wouldn’t budge so we left and to our horror when we were checking our credit score they had blackened our names for late payments which is false we payed up and left like most honest people do keep clear of this set up they are very vindictive to customers who leave their network
That’s just typical you want us to do all the leg work to clear up your poor customer service record

I am extremely disappointed with the way you have handled my account and my repeated attempts to contact your company.

I made a payment of £47.99 by card through your app on 14 October 2026. However, after making this payment, my account is still showing an outstanding balance of £46.

I do not agree to pay this remaining £46 because I have already paid the amount of £47.99 that I was told was due. You have charged me £94 for this month, and I request that you review my account, correct the balance, and remove the disputed £46 if it has been charged incorrectly.

I have repeatedly tried to contact your company by email and through your app, but I have received no response. I have explained my situation several times, yet my messages appear to be ignored. This is unacceptable.

I also contacted one of your employees approximately one month ago regarding the return of my internet router. She told me that I would receive a letter at my home address on 7 October 2026, containing instructions on how to return the router. However, I have not received this letter or any further response from your company.

I have also tried to contact you privately through your app, but nobody has responded to my messages. I have made every effort to resolve these matters directly with Three, but I have received no help or response. I now have no choice but to raise my complaint through social media.

I have cancelled my Direct Debit permanently and will not use Direct Debit again.

Please review my account, explain why the remaining £46 is still showing after my payment, correct any incorrect charges, and send me the promised router return instructions as soon as possible.

Please treat this message as a formal complaint and provide a written response addressing all these issues without further delay.

Finally, once my current contracts have ended, I will not renew them or enter into any further contracts with Three. This will be my last contract with your company.

I expect this matter to be taken seriously and resolved as soon as possible.

After significant disappointment with both phone and online support a 10 minute visit to the store fixed my issue.

Polite, knowledgeable staff members

My redmi is quite out of date, went to the 3 shop in aberdeen. Spoke some phone upgrade options with assistant manager and then with Martin. He helped me move everything over to my new phone and set it up. Really happy with my new Samsung phone. So fast

Happy with explanations and Tayo was very understanding for us oldies!

Nice and easy to get upgraded with good customer service

No explanation what I did by the ,
why was I left with no Internet connection
for eight days?
However, today (07/09/2026) I communicated with 3 lovely young man,

Communicated professionally, they were very polite, respectful and helped me to get connected to the world!

Whole process of swapping my phone contract to a business account was a simple and seamless visit.

The staff were very friendly and explained each step and the options I had before I committed.

Taqs in the Aberdeen store was very helpful and really friendly to talk to whilst sorting out new SIM cards for us and our kids

We bought two international Three SIM cards from WH Smith at the airport for our Europe vacation. My husband's card worked perfectly. Mine did not work at all.When we called Three customer service, they admitted the SIM card had been left on the shelf too long, was discontinued, and was completely useless. They told us to return it to WH Smith.What followed was an incredibly frustrating experience. WH Smith told us to go to a Three store. The Three store told us to go back to WH Smith. Finally, we went back to the original WH Smith airport branch where we purchased it, only to be told there was "nothing they could do. "Neither company was willing to take responsibility for selling a discontinued, non-functioning product. This completely disrupted our holiday. Unacceptable service from both Three and WH Smith. Avoid buying SIM cards here.

I had an old phone and my account needed updating. Martin was really hslpful in getting my stuff transferred over to my new samsung. Very happy
