Threadless Arvostelua 

I went to replace some t-shirts, however the sizing options had changed. I ordered the wrong size based on what I'd ordered previously (5 years ago). I ended up with some very large t-shirts! When I contacted Threadless, they responded quickly and helped me find the correct size. Now they are sending them out! Great customer service!

Great shirts that fit great and i love the variation of designs! And their support/help team is so responsive and helpful. Will order from them over and over again!

I didn't pay attention that the color shirt I got was already preshrunk and was not 100% cotton, so the xl was way too big (normally I order xl in the other colors and after washing shrinks just enough). Any ways I emailed stating my issue and they are always so friendly and helpful and ready to make the situation right. I went ahead and reordered new shirt in smaller size so they went ahead and refunded my money. The service is always excellent. I've messed up a time or two with not editing my address because of new address and they helped me with that last year. anywho thank you for your service!!!

Excellent customer service. Easy to get in touch with a real human who does everything they can to make your experience right. Unique products and supporting artists, and the great customer service puts it over the top.

There was an error where the system forgot about the free shipping, but a customer service employee listed as Desiree helped me out VERY quickly and fixed the issue. She was very polite and professional. I have also purchased shirts and hoodies from them before and they have lasted me quite a while.

Threadless is consistent and I appreciate that. When I thought there were issues with my order, the customer service response was swift, kind and generous. I couldn't ask for better.

I have been a happy customer of Threadless for years. Their tshirts and hoodies are consistently high quality and the designs are unique and fun. But when I received a product that wasn’t up to their normal standards, I found out just how awesome they really are. They replied to my message promptly and offered a refund or replacement. They were so kind and totally understood my concerns! They even said they would take a look at the product to ensure that the issues I noticed were fixed. This is a great company and I will happily buy more of their products in the future!

This has been the greatest customer service experience I think I have ever had! They have been so helpful and understanding. Along with being very responsive! I would highly recommend shopping with these guys as you won't have to worry about a thing! They will take care of you and make sure you are pleased with your purchase!

Unique concept and lovely artwork, but of late, print is of subpar quality.

I have ordered at least three batches from them, and, while T-shirts bought in 2011 is still perfect today, products purchased after 2015 have completely faded after few washes. Prints fade so much that what was once a T-shirt with a striking artwork is now a solid color shirt without any hint of a print, except maybe a few smudges here and there.

Threadless has great quality products and the best customer service. Even though I made the ordering mistake, they were quick to fix it and no extra cost to myself. Service like that is what will keep me buying from them in the future.

I ordered a shirt, and the fit wasn't exactly as expected. I emailed them to begin a return, anticipating to have to send the old one back. They were so nice and told me to donate the shirt or gift it to someone who would love it. I thought that was really nice and great customer service. I'll be gifting the shirt to my mom, and still excited to get mine! Super friendly also. :)

I have been a Threadless customer for more than ten years. I've always appreciated the print quality and comfort of the shirts. My last order, placed within the last week, is the first time I've had an issue: three of the shirts were printed on a very coarse brand of shirt.

I emailed support and explained the problem. They explained that a printing partner ran out of the correct color in the normal brand used for their shirts and made a substitution. They have also already shipped out replacements for those three shirts that are printed on a different brand without requiring me to send the original three back first.

Mistakes happen, but they handled it excellently and efficiently.

My fabulous T-shirt arrived from Threadless much faster than I expected... and I was so sad that it was just a tad too tight, so Threadless offered to send me the next size (already shipped!), and told me to KEEP the other one! I definitely will gift it to someone I know who's going to love it! GREAT customer service - I will be ordering a lot of holiday gifts from Threadless. WOW!! 🙌🏼

I ordered a shirt but it was too small when it arrived, so I emailed them back and they said they'd send me a larger one for free without even requiring that I send the original one back. Excellent customer service and really hassle free!

Great design , I think I have bought 15 - Fast delivery, to Europe …Good service also, when I ordered wrong color once, the answered shortly …

I ordered some tees for Halloween recently. Even though I'm in Sydney, I didn't like the selection of the Australian website so I went ahead and still ordered from the American site.

According to the size chart, I am in between small and medium so I thought better a bit roomy than too tight. Unfortunately, the tees turned out way too big and not flattering (although the print and quality was as superb as usual).

I wrote to threadless's customer service and enquired if they could provide me with a barcode label for possibly discounted postage when I return the tees for an exchange.

Not only did I receive a reply so promptly, threadless also told me to "feel free to donate them or give them to someone who might enjoy them". I'd definitely donate them to relatives and friends and praise about their customer service!

I know why it's been 10 years and I'm still buying from threadless every now and then!

I love threadless! I had a handful of refunds to make and they helped me with all of them! They're super friendly and helpful! I ordered the same shirt in different shirt types, because I wasn't sure which fit I would like the most. After I figured out which shirt type I liked the most, I kept the one I liked and asked threadless to refund the rest. They told me to tell them which type of shirt I was keeping. I took a picture of the shirt I wanted to keep and sent the picture to them because I had somewhat of a difficult time telling which type of shirts were which. Based on the picture I sent they were able to identify which shirt I was keeping and refunded the rest.

So great! The shirts I ordered didn't fit quite right so I asked for an exchange but instead they sent me the same shirts but a better, more expensive, quality that are perfect! Love Threadless from Wisconsin!
