Thorntons Arvostelua 

Thorntons chocolate used to be lovely, having not eaten it for many years, I tucked into an Easter bunny. All I could taste was sugar. I managed a couple of bites but all I got was sweetness and sugar, none of the rich chocolate taste you get from decent quality chocolate. The bunny has gone into the bin and I'll not be buying any Thorntons again, which now tastes just as sugary and revolting as Cadburys. What a shame.

I had just ordered the large Easter egg for my family as a surprise this evening, but during the whole process something went wrong with my screen, which resulted in the wrong info being submitted into the recipient address box. I didn’t realise this had happened until I’d completed the ordering process, looked at the ‘order confirmed’ email, and found that my own address was now the recipient address! Bit of a panic, sent an email to Thorntons, and although it was by now after 6pm, I had a reply email from a very helpful Anissa, who has put things right at their end! Phew!! Panic over!🤗 Very impressed by Anissa’s response to my ‘problem’.

I had some troubles with a delivery address and Anissa from the customer service helped immediately and was able to turn the entire issue around - amazing help and provided support and relief.

First order got 10% off plus free delivery and it will be delivered before Easter! (2 days to Good Friday!) Also I inputted the wrong delivery address but emailed Thornton Customer Services and received a reply within a couple of hours that the delivery address had been amended! Super customer service from Lewis!

Lewis in customer services was very helpful and prompt.

Lewis has resolved the issue of my order not being delivered by Royal Mail very efficiently and I’m most grateful.
He has sent a replacement order to my son so I’m very happy.

An incorrect item was delivered as part of an order. After a call to the customer service team, Arsha sent out the correct item in the post and it arrived the next day in time for Easter gifting. A very swift response to rectify a mistake. Thank you.

I received my order of an Easter egg today and it was smashed. I contacted customer services and spoke to Arsha who was not only polite and professional, she also resolved my issue promptly and a new Easter egg is on its way. I think the issue was with Royal Mail who delivered the item and definitely not Thorntons but they took ownership and resolved the issue.

I had a problem with my order and I had to contact Thorntons to resolve the issue. The response from Thorntons to my query was very prompt and courteous and the issue was resolved within a couple of hours to my entire satisfaction.

Contacted on a Saturday by e-mail as a problem regarding delivery - received a response by return and problem taken care of at start of business Monday. Customer service excellent. Products second to none.

When I got the confirmation email it had changed the shipping address to my billing address. I phoned Thorntons and spoke to Arshia. She was very pleasant and helpful and changed the shipping address to that of my grandchildren. She also emailed me to confirm this. Thanks Arshia!

My experience with Thornton's has always been very positive and this order was no different. Due to information recorded was incorrect, I contacted their Customer Support and the issue was resolved immediately which was greatly appreciated.

Needed to contact Customer services regarding DOB as my order included wine. Didn't expect a response at the weekend but was impressed that they got back to me and sorted the issue.

The chocolates that I ordered for my Aunty was sent to me in error. I was upset to think she may not get them in time.
Saturday afternoon, wasn’t even sure there would be a phone number for me to contact or if they would be open.
Pleasantly surprised, phone number in their contact list, and open until 4.00 p.m.
I spoke with Anissa, she was brilliant. She very quickly sorted the problem, the chocolates will be arriving well before Good Friday.
In an age of technology, big companies think it is acceptable to hide their customer support number or expect you to write an email. It is really good Thorntons are maintaining a good customer service department. For me nothing can replace speaking with a human being. Anissa was really kind, helpful and made sure the outcome was a good one.

Great company to order from. I had a problem with my order and they resolved it without any fuss. Looking forward to hearing from my family how much they enjoy the hamper I bought them. Thoroughly recommend.

Contacted via email customer services as part of my order went missing. Had to send further email asking as to what was happening and today received reply informing me they are sending replacement item.
