I sent my request to Thompson Dairies on Monday morning and received a reply from Nicolashortly after advising me of the actions that she had taken to answer the issues I had raised. Her email was informal but polite and pleasant to read. Thank you Nicola!

Excellent variety of fresh products, always delivered on correct day, friendly delivery man. Quick, easy and accommodating to any changes to your order. I have used this company for over a year and would highly recommend #Excellent customer service #Nicola

AVOID!

We wanted to support a local business, but have had nothing but issues with Thomson Dairies. We arranged everything over the phone, it was all confirmed back to us to ensure the order details were correct. Since then, every delivery has been wrong. The milk has gone off quickly, sometimes even on day of delivery. I tried contacting multiple ways to highlight the issues, and was finally told they would be sorted. They weren’t. I have now spoken to them and requested to cancel my deliveries, but apparently I need to wait on the “cancellation team” calling me back. When I asked how long that would take, I was told they couldn’t give me a timeframe. It’s been almost a week and I still haven’t heard back from them. Avoid this company.
