For months they have been sold out of high energy black full length leggings. I've purchased from them multiple times and had no issues but seems to be of late they aren't proforming to there best. I have had a voucher I've wanted to spend for ages and registered multiple times to get notification for when they are in stock and they are never in stock. I even contacted there customer service to ask if they have a had for restock and they have no date.

Product hasn’t arrived no shipping update, nothing.

Got an icebath for Christmas. Came with a hole in it so wouldn't stay inflated. After a month of chasing up they sent a replacement. But sent a cheaply made and smaller version of the one I ordered.

Stay away from this company they are a scam and just drop ship items. Pretty sure they are just selling AliExpress products. Sadly it was my girlfriend who ordered from they who didn't know any better.

Don’t bother buying from this store not only do they sell fake Nikes but also their gym equipment is cheap and not safe at all. I bought the new “Nike metcons” on here for 290$ what I actually received was a pair of shoes with a cheaply ✅ tick sown to them. I bought a bench press here too but it broke after my 60kl heavy girlfriend stepped on it. I have reported this to the product safety committee in Australia. I tried to call up and complain but surprise surprise you can’t physically pick up a phone and complain instead they give you the run around online. The girl who was messaging me was also rude and tried telling me that I was lying! Please people save your money and pass this on this company needs to be shut down!

Followed the sizing given, even upsized and did an order on Boxing Day sales. I am XL Shorts and XXL top. their 'regular' fit was correct for shorts except board shorts (need a size up again), XXL tops are all 'regular' but they aint, theyre like compression. funny the items i want to return are suddenly ineligible for returns. so dont trust their sizing, or go at least one size up

I recently requested an order change after realizing I made a mistake, and I reached out to customer service. They quickly got back to me, letting me know they’d try to locate my order for the change. A few hours later, I received an email saying they successfully intercepted the order and made the adjustment!

I really appreciated the genuine effort and care they took to resolve my issue. Unlike many online companies that just send a generic ‘sorry, it’s too late,’ they went above and beyond to make it right. I’m grateful I didn’t have to deal with the hassle of returning anything!

Bought lifting shoes, shipping to NZ and service was great. The website timed out and changed my shoe size (?) which was really weird. I contacted their support and didn't hear anything, shoes we're immediately shipped. Got an email a couple days later to say they had seen my email and swapped sizes before shipping. Arrived to chch nz from adelaide in a week

My gym bag recently broke, so I was hoping to get a replacement fairly quickly. I ordered the King Kong - PLUS33 JNR KONG DUFFEL - CHARCOAL on 14/06/2024. I paid for the product, waited seven business days, and didn't receive any notification of it being dispatched.

It was only after I sent an enquiry that they responded stating that the item was out of stock, and that I would receive a refund.

It's just not reasonable to have products on your website that aren't in stock - and as of 26/06/2024, the product is still listed as in stock on their website. Very disappointing, unreliable, and a waste of my time. Definitely do not recommend.

I was going to buy a sauna after sending a message to the customer service they suddenly increased the price.
What a low move.

Avoid this company!! They artificially create “high demand” by delaying dispatching your order so they can sell you their priority dispatch option for $5.

I had a fantastic experience with Cassie regarding a warranty issue. The communication was prompt and the issue was resolved. Would not hesitate to purchase (especially high-ticket price items) from WOD Life again.

Avoid this company at all cost!! First time buying from them, I made a order on the 4th April and even after a week it hasn’t been process or hasn’t been ship. I just get automated response “due to high demand orders” also, the shipping companybis aramex, so incompetent, I have been tracking the order since they have ship my order for 2weeks!! And still in adelaide probably laying eggs by now. Never will ever buy again from this company, try somewhere else musclenation,ryderwear,gymshark theyre far better company than this automated service. Make yourself a favour, dont buy from them unless yoy want to wait months before you could get it. As of now mine still hasn’t arrive.

Poor Communication on the Web Site regarding orders and failure to keep their promises. Follow-up customer service was very poor.

I've waited close to a month for a delivery from Adelaide to Perth. Tracking on Aramex shows that it has been "picked up" but no updates since. Have contacted Aramex and was told it already left Adelaide. 9 days later still no news and tracking website is completely useless it still shows that the package is still in Adelaide.

Looking at all other reviews it appears that the excuse given for delayed delivery happens all year round. I don't think it's legit.

Website says between 5-10 business days for standard deliveries. Also hidden added delivery costs don't show up until you pay for your items.

There was a "promotion" over the new year period stating free delivery for orders over $99. They added a delivery fee of $9.99 regardless as I realised not all items count towards the $99.

It's sad and frustrating for consumers to experience this. I am beginning to wonder if this is all a scam, unfortunately.

I am very unlikely to recommend anyone to Wodlife.

Poor service. Ordered shoes on sale and only had the choice for $15 express postage. Hadn’t received any notification 8 days later and received the generic ‘busiest time of year, will send out in 24 - 48 hours’. I responded saying express postage seemed unfair if items weren’t sent for at least 8 days after ordering. Then received an email that my shoes were out of stock, which is strange as they had a huge promotion between the time I ordered and the time I emailed. At least they refunded the purchase, but will not shop with them again as other reviews seem the same.

Recently ordered items from TWL but in the wrong size. The customer service team there could not have been more helpful when I wanted to exchange the items. Awesome front of house and on line support made sure I got the right sizes in record time.
