Yet again The Watch Lab at Bluewater Dartford gave great advice on possible watch repair. On this occasion the watch strap was broken and easily repaired. Thank you. The watch though did not need new battery requirement but a new part. Advised it would more expensive to do than value of an inexpensive watch. Visited the shop in Buchanan Galleries today (6/7/26) and the guy was really helpful and knowledgable - he fixed my TAG watch in no time and gave me sound advice as what to do if the same problem reoccured - This was after a dissapointing experience from the high end jeweller that I bought the watch from Would highly recommend going to The Watch Lab in Buchanan Gardens with any issues with you watch.

He fixed my watch and offered to clean it up which was great but the best of all he managed to fix a pair of earrings for me which the jewellers were not able to so i can now wear them to a wedding next week. Antique Pocket watch
I spent ages on the internet and phoning around to try and find someone who could repair my grandfathers 120 year old pocket watch. I eventually called the Watch Lab in Chester. The young lady who answered was so helpful and reassuring, she explained that the organisation would send the watch to expert repairs and prepare a quote for repair. The following day I took the watch into the shop and met Katrina. I said to her she had been most helpful . I felt happy handing over such a family treasure as she explained it would be sent by secure courier. I have now had the quote and am proceeding with the repair. I just want to acknowledge a member of staff who for me is a great ambassador for Watch lab. I hope the repair is as good as her service has been.
