Hey, sorry to hear you weren't happy with your order! We do offer our customers the option to purchase per piece instead of by the Kilo like in this instance. When purchasing per piece each item is hand selected by our warehouse team to guarentee Grade A quality. Never the less, if you could contact us directly we can get this resolved for you no problem!

Not worth the money I paid
The trousers were in perfect condition, but not one pair of jeans was found that I could make a profit from. Very expensive to arrive in my country and not something rare that was worth that amount of money. I can say that the pictures were a bit misleading.

Hi there, I'm sorry to hear that you weren't satisfied with your 10 pairs of Hip Hop Jeans. These are amongst our best sellers and are in massive demand at the moment. Unfortunately there is not an awful lot we can do regarding import charges and delivery costs to your country but we understand how these costs can absorb some of your profits. We have contacted you directly and offered you a good will voucher from your next purchase so hopefully you will accept our offer and we can do business again soon :)
Friendly vintage wholesale

First timer...
First timer here. Great items thankyou. Almost all items were Adidas or Nike. Approx 70 items in total in a 10kg box. So worked out £1 per item so can't complain. Will definitely order again. Would love to hand pick but a bit far for me to travel.

Cheap with free postage
Cheap with free postage, ordered maxi dresses and summer dresses. Loads and loads of b and c grade, probably won’t order again. Maybe hand picking would be better

Some good some not
Pretty good this time, stock ok, however it did say it was an untouched bale and yet it came loose in 2 boxes ? So looked like it had been graded. One box stunk of urine …. Not sure why someone would put a stinky item in a decent box, it completely ruined it as most were dry clean only , it’s a bit of a lottery from VWC

Ordered converse/vans selection
Ordered converse/vans selection. At least one pair fake. One pair part of the sole trim missing & another the inside of the heels completely shot. No response from customer service. Pretty poor tbh.

The VWC will always look after you.
Cannot fault The VWC for their kindness and welcoming nature ever since I started doing business with them. They were my first ever supplier and have always ensured that I was happy with the stock bought either via handpicking in the warehouse or with home delivery. You can be completely assured that should you not be happy with a few items with your online order after receiving them, they will always be happy to swiftly give you a refund for complete peace of mind.
I have never looked back as they look after me, keep me informed of when new stock comes in and they always have treated me with respect. Big shout out to Laura, Louie and Liam for all the hard work they put in and ensuring that my experience is always positive.
Look no further and come to the The VWC for all your vintage needs. The best prices you’ll get compared to other wholesalers!
