The Vapour Hut Arvostelua 

I honestly can’t folk these guys in the slightest. I am a regular in the Kingswood branch and every time I am greeted with fun, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff to the point where I actually look forward to my weekly visits. I do sometimes go to Yate but not as often but again when I do the staff there are equally as affable and delightful bless them. Finally I live in a Worle so again I use the delivery service and it’s reliable, quick and my parcel is always left where I want it so it’s 5 stars for everything be it in store or home delivery. I recently received a leaflet for e-cigarettes through my door. While it is not directly aimed at children, the design is very bright and eye-catching, with prominent pinks and purples that could easily attract younger attention.

I find this concerning, as it promotes a product that I consider harmful and unpleasant. I would prefer not to receive any further marketing materials of this kind in the future.

After spending quite a substantial amount of money over the last few years, my last order had half of what I paid for, despite several communications, they did not even have the decency to acknowledge me or the issue. Now after 2 months I have to accept that I'm now out of pocket!! and I'll not be using this company again, quite disappointed after a few years of good service spending well into the £1000's.

Next day delivery even over the Christmas period, I wasn’t expecting it until after the new year, will keep ordering the 10 for £22 on the Titus liquids

I have visited the store twice I had to purchase a new vape and a few nic salts the first time I didn’t know what flavours I wanted so asked the staff to help me they helped me so much I said roughly the few flavours or tastes I wanted and they picked them out perfectly and I asked for a few random picks they wanted and I was extremely happy with what they picked out and when i visited earlier today I picked out 7 nic salts for myself and asked for 3 randoms and the young lady picked some and her choices were amazing maybe even better than my picks I can’t recommend them highly enough they are always happy to help and if you are ever stuck for flavours to pick just ask for random ones you won’t be disappointed

There were some missing items from my order 😕
I contacted them by email 4 times.............. NOTHING!
Seems to be a regular thing, looking at most of the reviews. Why are these people still in business..

Ordered 20 bottles of oil at the expense of £50, said they never received the payment, my bank confirmed they received payment and after 6 phone calls the issue has never been resolved, now wont answer the phone, buyers be aware.

Never next day delivery Iv waited a week before, thought it maybe was a one can’t be perfect all the time, and now waiting on another order that was meant to be next day delivery, they are so hard/impossible to get hold of too. Won’t reply to emails, dont answer the telephone and don’t reply to Facebook messages. Very poor service, defo will not use again!

Stop posting flyers through peoples doors. This country is becoming littered with disposable devices sold by your company and others. Tar, tobacco and smoking aside, this is still a terrible habit and an immoral business.

Ordered some liquids on 27/11 with next day delivery…… did I receive it next day? Or the day after? Nope!
Contacted the stores on 30/11 from 9am and only spoke to someone in the afternoon after numerous attempts to contact them! Received my items on 30/11. So much for next day delivery….

Customer service has always been on point, never had any issues with any of the products I've ordered. thank you

I placed an order on the 21st for 8 bottles and still not received them. I've tried phoning but the line isn't working, sent several emails and nothing back - the money went immediately from my account. All I want is the items I've PAID for
