As discussed, we were investigating with DPD where your 3rd parcel was. We sent you an email to confirm unfortunately the 3rd parcel had been damaged in transit with DPD.
We are awaiting your confirmation to confirm what address you would like the replacement box shipped on a next day service.

Possibly stolen
Paid extra for delivery between 2-3 working days on Monday 20th February. Delivery was made on Wednesday 222nd by Royal Mail however the package had been left outside the property and was no where to be seen; assumed stolen. Will be contacting Ultimate Finish to have them resolve this major issue with Royal Mail.
